AS photography - movement

Using a fast shutter speed and the natural light avaliable I managed to capture my dog jumping over a wooden gate without bluring the photo. This is a prime example of capturing an object in motion.

I like this photo as it shows movement in numerous ways, firstly you can see movement from the past which has been catured in the snow, from trails of previous cars that had driven through it. secondly there is movment from the cars in front of mine which have been captured while in motion. Thridly its not very clear but movement of weather is also present as it was snowing on this day.

With this photo it portrays movement rather than capturing it, it shows a raod and a person walking along it, again this photo was taken on the setting automatic and was pretty basic to capture

Movement of the camerea was present in this picture rather than the person moving it created an effect of blurred motion, to do this I set the shutter speed to 15th/sec to slow it down and capture this photo.

With the camera set to bulb mode and using a tripod, i used the light on my mobile to draw patterens, repeating the drawing in the exact same motion, the camera takes in the light slowly and this was the final outcome.

Movement of water - this image was captured on a fast shutter speed to capture the detail of the water, as it was moving quickly, I like how the water has been captured in mid air and creates a sheet of water at the base

With this photo

This photo is in reverse using just the camera and standing still I manged to capture the car perfectly so there was little blur and while just moving the camera slightly to the left i managed to blur the background maiking it look like it was the background moving and not the car.
This is a simple movement photo, there was nothing to hard to capture, the camera was just set to auto, its portrays movement though through the steps she is taking.

Another photo which shows a man walking away from the camera , capturing his movement underneath the bridge.

I took this photo to capture two diffrent sorts of movement, ive managed to capture the goods ships in the back ground and also the waves breaking on the beach, i like this photo as the colours wrok well with eachother not only dose the sky blend in with the sea but the sea also blends naturally in to the beach.
This photo portrays movement by showing the road which I was driving on, it captures movement in a diferent way as only the car is moving but you can not see this, you can only see the road in the distance and this shows where i would be moving to.
This photo portrays movement through the turning of the steering wheel, it was also taken while driving on the road. I like how movement and reflection are captured in this photo, light has been reflected of the steering wheel to give a sunburst effect and in the door mirror the sky and scenery has also been captured
This photo shows movement of water, its a picture of a water fountain. The individual water drops have been captured as gravity pulls them back down, and strands of flowing water can be seen as the fountain pushes it up. this photo is a perfect example of capturing movement as it happens
